when I moved in this place was awesome.... BUT over the last few mounts my jeep has been broken into 3 times!!!!!!!! I have asked if Dawson development will do something to help me with this. The answer I got was nope we cant help you. I said can you at least put up some fake cameras there like 10 dollars and he said there is nothing we will do .. I LOST 3 GRAND IN STUFF OVER THE 3 BRAKE IN'S .. AND YOU CANT HELP ME OUT WITH ANYTHING ? I HAVE PAID 7,320 IN ON TIME RENT PAYMENTS AND YOU CANT PAY FOR A FAKE 10 DOLLAR CAMERA ? and on top of that I asked for a recommendation letter stating I have paid my rent on time for 1 year and the paper he gave me looked like a second grader did the paper. the second sentence started with "AND" and there was no letter head or anything . if you ask me they are over priced the apts, are not that nice and they will let anyone in that place.
