Yanis and Valesca were absolutely amazing—so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about skincare. I really appreciated their energy, professionalism, and expertise. They weren’t pushy at all, but instead provided fantastic advice and product recommendations tailored specifically to my skin’s needs based on the consultation. I also got to try some of the products on the spot, which was a lovely touch. They even offered to apply the products on my skin as part of their complimentary skin assessments service—such a thoughtful and generous gesture! Overall, I was truly impressed by how informative and engaging the whole experience was. I was so happy with how my skin has improved - I used Kiehls for years but still had dry skin - David suggested I do a skin check which was quick and followed with a skin routine and 2 weeks later skin much better as I was using products previously that was too drying. Hard to find the store but it’s on the ground floor!
