Timpson's on the Lincoln High Street is the only place I love to get any shoes repaired. Before visiting the Lincoln High Street branch, I visited the Timpson's branch in North Hykeham near ASDA supermarket and was told that they couldn't repair the heels of my boots as they told me that as the heels are attached to the sole of the boots. But Luke at the Lincoln High Street branch (who is absolutely incredible with his knowledge and customer service) told me that my boots can be re heeled. Luke is a credit to Timpson's and he is always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you Luke for your service and for re assuring me that my boots can be re heeled. Luke is a huge credit to Timpson's. ❤️

I went to the Lincoln Timpsons after having failed to fix my watch at a different branch. It took less than 10 minutes and now works perfectly. Thank you very much to Luke who served us and free of charge due to the other branch failing us. Highly recommend Luke and the service he provides.

I went into Timpsons to enquire about getting the white gold colouring redone on my wedding and engagement rings. The guy who owns the store was super helpful and really friendly and knowledgeable, he told me why my white gold was turning yellow and how to prevent it in future and what they can do to return my beautiful rings to their former glory. I handed both rings to him on the Saturday, very nervous about sending them away, and they came back on the following Friday (5 days later) and they both look absolutely brand new! I wouldnt trust anyone else with the job! I'm blown away 😍 10/10!

Really nice staff member at the storefront today who kindly cut my house keys. My specific keys were £26 each, but he made me aware of the buy 2 get 1 free offer, so i got 3 keys for £52. Keys were cut within 30 minutes, quick and easy service. Really happy with this store.
