Ravi helped me with my laptop with a broken CPU fan bearing. He ordered the part and let me know when it arrived and dropped it to me completely fixed with a new fan the next day. He also cleaned my GPU fan for me as well. My GPU is idling at 34 degrees and it has never been that low! Fair price and I was kept updated throughout. Thank you!

Ravi was awesome from start to finish! Thoughtful and amazing customer service. Firstly, he always responded promptly and was great at communicating - he gave me a rough quote when I initially called and recovered the data from both my 2 laptops. He was honest about what couldn't be fixed and recommended I buy a new laptop when that was the best solution. I also urgently needed some documents from my laptop the day after he collected them and he sent them over to me within a few hours (which was amazing as I really needed those for a job application deadline!). I was going to buy an external hard drive for the recovered data but he recommended I wait until he saw how much storage I needed so I didn't waste money. Lastly, lived nearby so even picked up and dropped of my laptops for free which was so convenient for me! Would definitely recommend :)

This was the best experience I've had with help for my technology! I was seeking help for my asus gaming laptop overheating (to the point the whole laptop would shut down!). I got to drop my laptop off same day and pick it up less than 24 hours later, which I really value because I use my laptop every day. I was told the process of the fix before and after it happened and even had before and after photos sent (some attached to this review) so I was kept fully aware at all times of what was happening. There were also no surprise charges and I value this a lot - other repair businesses have slapped on charges they don't tell you about so you have no choice to pay if you want your technology back. This was not the case here! I was quoted a price, kept updated and was given a clear invoice detailing what I was paying for. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough. A friendly, efficient, clear and quality service! Their working hours also offered a lot of flexibility which I have never seen before in other local businesses. I'm glad to have my laptop back and working better. It was also great value for money! I will 100% be contacting them again if I need their services.

Dropped my son’s PS5 off to be repaired as it was overheating and kept shutting down. Within 2 hours the Liquid Metal was replaced and was fully cleaned out. The amount of dust was unbelievable. Brilliant service and a very happy teenager. Thank you!

Great service, was very quick to respond to initial inquiry. My PlayStation 5 had lost power and would not turn on. I contacted Wallington Computer Repairs and they were able to replace the power supply within 2 days!! Great service and great value for money. I would 100% recommend!

A very happy customer! Had an issue with charging my Dell laptop for years, constantly had to adjust the cable to get it connected to get some charge of it. A new cable did not do the trick. Ravi determined an issue and replaced a charging jack and it now works perfect. Very speedy and affordable repair. Had my laptop dropped off in the afternoon and it was ready for collection in the evening. Also had a valuable advise on how to treat laptop battery to extend it's serviceable life.
